As a student of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, I am learning how daily mind - body - spirit practice can quiet the mind and help create a life with less regret. My commitment to health and wellness has matured with age. I am a cancer survivor and recovering addict who is focused on finding peace and building compassion through service.
I have been a massage therapist since 2014. I am adding meditation, yoga, group fitness, and active aging to my toolkit.
